gloov is a web-based video editing platform that allows users to upload, edit, transcribe, and export video content. The service includes AI-powered features for automated editing suggestions.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to gloov, including videos, audio, and images. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to use gloov to upload or distribute illegal content, infringing material, malware, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Credit purchases are non-refundable once used.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
gloov is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our privacy policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
